I guess lots of people still see Sunday and Sunday evenings as a time that they can still party (and see it still as "the weekend"). Maybe you can start winding down Sundays earlier. Have dinner at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, read or watch TV for a little (something not too energetic). Have clothes laid out, lunch made for Monday morning, give yourself a pep talk about how Monday will be, and then get some good, long sleep. Try to set your mind that Monday will always be a good day to renew things.
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!
