It seems that I have to eat a little more sometimes to get my weight loss moving again. Not much just a couple hundred calories one day a week. My body gets used to the calorie restrictions so I eat more on any given day then it starts going down.

@Exquisite_Dream I have the same problem. I'm within my calorie range everyday, I work out 5 days a week and I'm active on my off days. I wear a body media and I have 800-1000 calorie deficit every day and yet the scale isn't moving. It's so very frustrating. I completely understand how you feel.

Be stronger than your strongest excuse.

Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.

It's important to remember that you didn't gain the weight in one day (or even one week, month, etc.), so it's going to take some time for your body to lose it! It's also so much easier to consume 10,000 calories than to create a deficit of that amount. Be patient with yourself, and also think about the other benefits that come along with eating right and exercising!

Congrats on your awesome weight reduction so far!!! I agree - Evaluate your calorie intake to be sure you are getting enough calories to balance out your exercise agenda. Has it always been a small loss in ounces or is this something new? Hang in there no matter what cause you are doing AWESOME!

Hopefully you use other measures of success. How do your clothes feel? How about your energy level? Numbers on a scale cannot be your only indicator of success.

If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.

If you exercise that amount, my guess is you are not eating enough at all. More of the protein/good carbo combination.

When you say oz's how many? 8 would be good as anything that is between that an 2lbs is what you are looking for. Also you need to take into account how much water your body is retaining (a pint is 1 1/4 lbs). could this be what you are seeing?

How can you know that you can't unless you have tried and failed.

Because I'm not working out enough and eating too much on most days. At least that's my problem.

IF you don't mind sharing your trackers people can be more helpful.

Two thoughts:

You might need to change things up. We can get too comfortable with our routines and not work as hard.

Are you eating enough? Are you getting enough protein and fat? Are you eating healthy vs poor quality foods?
