They give me an envelopes of survey before I left, and I did stay all the problem, and print my name and phone number on it, and waiting for them to call me back.

Thanks for the advise, hope i don't need any more injection and hope you stay healthy.

I'm sorry your experience was so terrible. I would definitely let the administration at the clinic know about your experience. I've had a set of 4 injections and another of 2 with a third available should I need it (thankfully haven't needed it), and was really lucky to get a great treatment team each time. Because I found my experience so positive I did let the administration know.
However, slightly playing devil's advocate...perhaps someone who came before you had some complications that put the team behind and possibly flustered or frustrated them. Whenever I'm getting an IV the person has 2 tries to successfully get the line started or they have to find someone else.
I hope that the injections provide some relief and that you're able to find some relief from your frustrations of the day. If you do report your experience try to be as subjective as possible, which while understandably hard, is the only way the quality control folks can accurately fix whatever went wrong. I only know this stuff because I nanny for someone who works high up in quality control in a major local hospital.

It seems that once things start to go bad, its downhill from there. Hope you are feeling better.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. I've had three series and the one time my surgeon gave me the injections it also hurt so bad. I always make sure his assistant is the one to start the treatments. Some people just have a better knack and bed side manner. Yes, you should report it. Care needs to be taken. It shouldn't hurt at all.

Report your treatment to some higher up person, this must have happened before to others, get rid of these people. Reporting will help others, you will be a hero!!

Hi Molly

Sorry you had such a bad experience. And so glad it was your last injection. I guess some people were there for there first one, and they might be the ones who are scared to go back!

Have the injections done their job - or don't you really know?

Got my final injection on Monday, it was so bad, had I have this experience, I would not have returned for the next two treatment.

Every one was in the bad mood, it was over 2 hours late, than every thing just went from bad to worst, got stuck 3 - 4 time on each hand to get IV, got headache and have to ask several time to get some medication, than doctor give me some thing, but the nurse said it was too late, she have give some thing else......

Leave the treatment center, got my hand wrap like I was having a hand surgery, instead of injection for my back, the only nice person was the lady wheel me out to the car, when I was leaving. Why people go to work in the bad mood? what ever the problem they had, should have left at home, or just call in sick, not take out on the patient.
