I know it's important to get enough sleep every night but sometimes we are just unable to. Have you still been able to lose weight while not getting enough sleep? I've read the articles on here about how people usually gain weight and that weight loss gets hindered. How much sleep do you usually get per night?
I don't always get enough sleep but when I eat junk food, I eat it in portion sizes and I keep them in moderation. I'm surprised I've still been able to lose weight regardless..Its been slower lately but still coming along.
