CHOCOLATE is my biggest temptation food. I use it for celebrations, consolation, to fill a void in my relationships, just about anything is cause for a chocolate bar. New foods for me are green salads.

Moderation is the key. avoid excess.

Peanut butter totally. I can eat a large jar of the plain peanut and a bit of salt by myself in 2 weeks time. The natural kind. Put in whole oats raw to eat it with. Add an apple about 1/2 the time.

Depends on what I'm in the mood for, but pizza and cookies or cake are tough to say no to...

Starting Weight: 260 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

Basically anything that just came out of the oven... bread, potatoes, cake, enchiladas. Right now I'm trying to focus on changing my mindset so I don't tell myself "I can't have that" but instead ask "is that worth the calories?" Most often it isn't, but if it is I'll eat it (savoring every bite) and then go about my business. The hard part for me is that I can't make it, that quantity would be too tempting, so I have to try to find places with excellent quality single servings of things.

It really depends. I guess I don't have one, but several depending on my mood. It used to be cheese, but now that I'm vegan that's not an issue.
