Yep! I've made tomato salsa, tomatillo salsa, peach salsa and mango salsa so far. I've also canned whole tomatoes and tomato sauce. I've also canned green beans (pressure canning) pickles of all sorts, cucumber and zucchini relish and lots of jam. I've frozen pumpkin, sunflower seeds, zucchini and berries.
I really like to do salsa in half-pint jars. It is perfect to throw over a piece of fresh fish, wrap in foil or banana leaves and grill.
