Sometimes it seems we just need to plateau for a bit to stabilize/adjust to our new size. Don't despair: it's a normal part of the long-term process.
And as others have/will point out, the closer you get to your goal weight, the slower your loss will be. Celebrate your progress and rejoice in the fact that you seem to have stabilized at this new, lower weight. After being stable for month or two ... start shaking things up to destabilize things again so that you will start losing again. Change your exercise, the composition of your diet, etc. and you'll probably start losing again.
