It's a lot of things. Sometimes one thing isn't really improving but others are, KWIM?
For example, the scale might not be moving, but I might be noticing more tone in my arms and legs. Or someone compliments my weight loss, or I manage extra reps while I'm lifting weights, or I run somewhere without getting winded, or my pants get too big, or I choose the healthy choice at dinner.
I tend to get a little fixated on the scale, so I have to constantly be celebrating and remembering the other victories that are just as meaningful and important. :)
