Most definitely on exercise but I have vowed to loose 25 lbs by Christmas - so now it is 50 - 50 for exercise and food as I just finished my last IM last week.

Exercise. My food is very limited as I am on optifast. Later as I transition, food will be more important. At this point, it is more about making exercise a part of my life and turning it into a habit.

If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant. If it did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.

My focus is on food. I believe weight loss starts in the kitchen. I would hate to eat like crap and then have to workout hours on end to burn it off. I do love fitness as well though!

I'm more focused on exercise. It is much easier for me to work out than it is to eat healthy. Explains why I am in this boat in the first place. I will eat decent for a day or two, and then back to bad habits! I had more better days than bad ones for a while, and now the bad definitely outweigh the good! I've lost 30 pounds, but I have a long way to go, so at some point I'm going to have to figure it out!

Definitely food. I find that if I keep my food on track, the exercise just follows naturally, but not necessarily vice versa.

Food is more important for weight loss, but exercise is more important for life improvement (more energy, better mood, feeling strong and accomplished, motivation). I can't make myself eat like I'm supposed to if I don't exercise!

I focus more on food because I've been really bad about getting my exercise in. Started eating vegan to counter some of the lacks.

Exercise, and it has nothing to do with my weight maintenance journey. Maintaining a healthy weight does take a focus on food but exercise is about much more than weight.

I focus more on food. Exercise has become a habit that I don't want to break. I can still break my healthy eating habits if I don't pay close attention.

Food. In the exercise department, I can only do what I can do. I do my best. My food choices on the other hand... Keeping track of calories. Finding out what foods make me feel full longer. This is where I am at for right now.

Food. While exercise has benefits.... you cannot out-exercise a bad diet. Period. Even if you stay within your range, if you're making crappy choices you can still end up with health issues.

Exercise is my focus, but I use food to achieve my fitness goals and expend a lot of effort on the food side of things. I need to be light to perform well, and food is the way to lose weight. Exercise (at least the kind I do) doesn't cause weight loss, though it has many amazing benefits.

I flip back and forth every few months it seems. When my food choices get dull, I focus more on fitness and get a little less uptight in my eating habits. When my exercise routine gets dull, I focus more on perfecting my nutrition habits.

I've only been with Spark a little over a year now but I've found so far that in the winter I'm more food oriented (I cook, bake and experiment a lot more) and in the nicer weather I'm more active and into my exercise program so cooking and such takes a back seat.

My Weight Loss M.D. ( specialist ), told me Exercise is great, but that is not the way to lose weight. I was concerned, because I have Mobility Issues and cannot exercise. I am able to walk only a short distance with a Walker.
I am not excising, and am losing weight .

Well, I'm definitely fixated on food. I spend a good amount of time every Sunday evening determine the following weeks health meals, then creating a shopping list for them. But I am also exercising 90-120 minutes a day 6 days a week, so I guess that is fairly focused also.

Exercise.
I have to work harder to make myself be active. I have never been a person who enjoys a lot of physical activity. I feel like it is the key to me being stronger and healthier though.

I feel like I have food pretty much figured out at this point.

Recently, exercise... because it makes me feel strong and healthy. I eat a little more and try to choose healthier foods to fuel my workouts as a result. If I were trying to lose weight (instead I have gained a little--some of it muscle, thankfully), I would focus more on food because exercise has never really helped me to drop the pounds.
