I love Leslie but no longer use her DVDs just because I find them redundant, but honestly she can be adapted to any fitness level from almost sedentary to highly active (just double time the music, add heavier weights, jog instead of march, etc.).
I have some other walking DVDs as well that I don't use. Actually, I don't use exercise DVDs at all anymore but used to love them.
I just exercise, I don't need the company of the DVDs, but they are a great way to work out.
Resolved in 2014 to remain below 120!
