I'm curious about what you mean by sachet and why it has so many calories. Black coffee is essentially calorie-free. Does it contain sugar? Chemical sweeteners? Oils?
Caffeine can be dehydrating, so that is yet another reason to consume it in moderation. I say that moderation means 1-2 caffeinated drinks a day. I don't count anything caffeinated as part of my water totals for the day.
As long as you are not having it too late in the day (if you mess with your sleep, that can stall weight loss) I see no reason why you could not have some (real) coffee now and then. I like mine with soy milk.
