... to prevent night time eating ...oh. how not to....
Made me start thinking about ways I can sabotage myself...Here's my best, what are yours?
1' Listening to negativity. Either my own negative inner thoughts or other verbalizations. Interestingly enough, I've noticed that if I watch too many negative things on TV it increases my eating.
2. Not planning. If I don't plan my food and exercise it doesn't go well.
3. Procrastination. I am so guilty of this! I should be working in the yard...ok, posting and off to mowing and weeding.... maybe....soon.... I know I have more to offer.....
