1. bringing trigger foods into the house and telling myself I can handle them...uh uh
2. getting together with old friends who act like it's Thanksgiving and it's all junk
3. getting a little cocky when I lost more than I expected for the week and thinking I can get away with little extras (they add up folks)

I sabotage myself at night sometimes, because
1. I'm tired
2. I'm bored so I eat
3. I'm bored so I bake, and sample, then keep on sampling

My computer was (is) loading slowly today. I read an earlier post about Night time eating...best tactics (computer stops) hmm I have great night time eating abilities to share emoticon ... to prevent night time eating ...oh. how not to....

Made me start thinking about ways I can sabotage myself...Here's my best, what are yours?

1' Listening to negativity. Either my own negative inner thoughts or other verbalizations. Interestingly enough, I've noticed that if I watch too many negative things on TV it increases my eating.

2. Not planning. If I don't plan my food and exercise it doesn't go well.

3. Procrastination. I am so guilty of this! I should be working in the yard...ok, posting and off to mowing and weeding.... maybe....soon.... I know I have more to offer..... emoticon
