Whenever I eat healthfully for months at a time, I feel better, but not completely, either. Still have to go to the doctor now and then, and it does not save you from ever getting a disease, although "they" would like you to believe that, NO miracles, folks. It is what it is, just food....

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

'An apple a day, keeps the doctor away! " Apples have pectin, that strengthen the heart muscle, and gives you fiber to help with bowls, and is vitamin c/ that helps the flow of blood in our veins. Protein( meat, eggs, peanut butter, soy, nuts, lentils, ect...) this alerts your brain, strengthens your hair, helps with eye sight, ect... Vegetables give you energy, minerals, well keep organs healthy, ect.. you get where I am going here right? This list is just a short version of what foods, and spices can do.
"You've heard the saying you are what you eat!" If you eat poorly, your health will be poor too.
Your body is your temple, or house, so feed it what it needs to survive the damage of living in a day and age where food is almost being made in chem labs! After all you only go around once! Happy foraging.
