You've only been at it a week? Give it some time and be diligent about tracking your food.

Have you recently resumed exercising? Many people don't lose quickly for a couple of weeks after getting back to exercise due to water weight as your muscles adjust.

Don't give up and good luck!

It can be frustrating but keep on going. It can take 4-6 weeks for your body to realize you aren't messing around with this weight loss. Do make sure your are accurately measuring with measuring utensils ad/or a digital food scale. Track every bite and sip that enters your body. Stay within your SP range. Also, it could be helpful to make your food tracker public. If you are struggling, sp members can provide helpful tips regarding your intake.
