Today I just cancelled my gym membership of 2yrs... during that time I lost over 50lbs
But the cost of the gym is getting to the point where I rather spend my money on other more fun things and I wanted to start to challenge myself outside of the box and start working away from the machines and classes..
yes I love the classes esp. Zumba, but I will miss everyone, but the fact is, I do not wish to keep depending on machines to get my workouts in. I think I can do better outside and in my home.
I need some advice from those that went from the gym to home.. what obsticals did you have, what was the hardest adjustment, what things do you do now?
I am wanting ideas on things other than just walking/hiking lolol
Push on all!!!! Make it fun, make it interesting and that is what I wish to do!
I am excited of this new challenge and I look forward to what new experiences I will have to do!
Plus the fact of it being fall, I LOVE photography and getting myself outside and for my workouts I think I can come across some awesome photography scenes too lolol
