I've never heard of it. I have chronic arthritis pain. I have an ice pack on my neck now after an adjustment.

I think it would be worth getting the book and/or DVD from the library and trying it with your own, less expensive equipment. The rollers and balls are ridiculously priced; you can get the same thing for about half that price. The rest of it is just simple exercises that any physical therapist or yoga instructor would recognize, but having them all together could be useful.

(Although part of me thinks that if a person could do the moves she recommends, they wouldn't be buying pain relief books!)

If you Google it, you will find info on it. It sounds like all the rest of the stuff out there. emoticon Some gal is making lots of money by promoting her "method". Forgive me if I am cynical; I really have no knowledge about it personally. I just hate to see people who are hurting, spend money for something that is just the latest craze. emoticon Good luck; I hope someone can give you answers! emoticon

I've never heard of it, but my sister-in-law would like to know what it is. She suffers from fibromyolgia.

I suffer from chronic pain (fibromyalgia and chronic lyme) and I saw this woman and she talked about how she's helped people with chronic pain. It's called the Melt Method and I'm wondering if anyone has ever heard of it and tried it?
