Since I'm 6 months into my new lifestyle, I'm feeling so much more stable! I no longer have an intense fear of falling off of the healthy wagon and back into old bad habits. Instead I feel happy, healthy, and CONVINCED that these changes are permanent.
That being said, I've been considering a mentor lately. Someone who can both celebrate with me and help me stay focused. Not quite a personal trainer, but more of an emotional support.
Do YOU have a mentor? If so, where did you find them and how do they help you?
