I think your best solution is to try to get your break at work!
If that isn't going to work out, then I agree with others to eat after work, unless there is a medical reason you can't eat after 7 pm.
Another thing you could try is to make your other meals and snacks larger. If you don't want to eat a full meal after work because you don't like eating so much before bed, you could re-arrange your calories so you are eating more calories during your earlier meals.
