First make sure you aren't making progress. Sometimes there are changes going on that aren't reflected in the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat so check other measurements to make sure.
If you've been losing weight and are now on a plateau, try switching things up a bit. Maybe adding a bit more activity or if you've been doing lots, try reducing it a little. (sometimes too much is not good either!). If you've been super strict on your calorie intake, try a reset where you eat a little more. (My eating plan requires one "reset" day a week.)
Whatever you do, don't give up! NEVER give up!! This is just a hiccup in the journey and not worthy of throwing you off the wagon!
