There is no way to spot reduce the parts of your body you don't like. You can't choose where the weight will come off; this means that no amount of crunches will give you abs of steel! To get them, you have to strengthen the muscles, and then remove the fat from them top... to do that, you have to burn calories all over. Fat loss is a total body process. Your muscles draw their energy from the blood stream, not the surrounding fat stores.
Lose weight, and you'll lose the belly. :)
