Probably go to Start and pick preferences. I'm new too so I'm not sure. Or maybe nutrition tracker on the Start page.

Do you mean you're ready to maintain your weight?

Just set your goal weight to your current weight and set your goal date to a year from now.

If you want your weight loss to slow down, just change your goal date to a slower loss. Instead of aiming to lose 1-2 lbs a week, you could set it to lose 1/2 lb a week.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Does anyone know how to change the calories on the food tracker? I've lost 30 lbs. and think I don't need to eat 1200-1550 calories. How do I adjust it?

Thanks!
