Get a workout partner who knows how important it is for you to workout! Having someone depend on you being at the park or gym or wherever you arrange to meet to exercise helps to keep you on track. It is hard to not show up when you know they are waiting. It also helps to have that person to cheer you on. Good luck! The exercise can really make a difference.
