No, I eat *whole* foods. I'd rather not strip the fiber from my foods and then injest an obscene amount of carbs and cause crazy insulin spikes. I prefer a balanced meal that includes carbs, healthy fat and protein.
I lost 58 lbs because I counted *calories*. That's why you lose weight. In order to prevent eating too many calories I chose foods that help with satiety; whole, clean foods and fiber, healthy fats and lean protein.
Juicing is just another fad diet...
