I definitely spend more time cooking because I do it 3 times every day. I do try to add elements of working out while cooking, like doing squats while at the stove, walking laps around the house while waiting for water to boil, doing a few arm curls with the heavy cans before opening them. It doesn't add much time to cooking, and it burns a few extra calories.
