Earlier this year, I refocused on eating healthier and exercising and its been showing results. All the usual signs are there: more energy, better sleep, getting stronger/fitter, getting sick less, etc. But here's a new one: my hair is more manageable!
I got a haircut about a month ago and as the stylist was blowing it out, she remarked that it was a lot more well behaved than previous times (my hair tends to have its own mind). Well the only thing that has changed between hair cuts is my diet.
So what's the weirdest/most unexpected thing that's changed about you since you started trying to be healthier?
