I accomplish most of my days chores in the morning, right after I have coffee and breakfast. Then in the middle of the day after lunch, I seem to get so tired and have to take a nap. Later on, in the evening, my energy comes back. This happens daily and seems to not matter what time I go to bed or how much sleep I get. If I do exercises, I have to do them in the morning. It easier to put them off if I wait and procrastinate until the end of the day. Housecleaning, cooking and running errands are other things I do in the morning hours. If I sit around until noon, usually nothing will get done the rest of the day. I guess you would call me a morning person.
When is your peak energy time and what kinds of things to you do during it?
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!
Any effort is better than no effort!
