The best piece of advice I can offer is to honestly track your food and exercise every day.
It only hurts you if you fudge on tracking.
If you over eat, track it.
If you under eat, track it.
If you exercise, track it
If you don't, track that too
Tracking makes you more aware of what you eat and the calories you are eating.
It's really easy to undercount calories and over estimate exercise but your better off doing it the other way around!
