Stress is a killer. :(
If you can't eat, sip on meal drinks. You'll get your meals throughout the day. (Not eating is a lot better for Spark than eating too much!)
Take walks. Really. Take long walks. You think better and it destresses you. (And you'll get exercise as a happy by-product.)
And see if you can find a support group in your area. It's tough to be a relative of a cancer victim. People have been through this before and they can help guide you. Just talking to someone who knows the emotional turmoil you're going through will help.
Don't feel guilty. This is not your fault. Do the best you can, but don't beat yourself up thinking you could have done more.
