Have heard of it. Really don't want to try it. If the claims are true, it's probably a good idea if you're planning on fasting for long periods of time (they say women don't react the same to fasting as me, and including fat in the coffee tricks the body into thinking it has enough food to sustain itself). I don't think fasting for long periods of time is a terribly good idea, but I will say it seemed like my body did a bit of a "reset" when I participated in the 30-hour famine this year (I only drank water [and I drank it pretty well constantly], not fruit juices or teas or anything else).
