I'm not eating less meat as in less often- but smaller portions and leaner meat. I have been hunting and fishing so the meat I do consume is better quality.

I will have meat 2 or 3 times a month. Hubby and the kids are down to 4 or 5 days a week. Youngest daughter maybe 2-3 times a week.

No, I eat a lot more meat, though I still do not consume red meat.

Carbs are what kill me--meat is great for me nutritionally. Sadly, I do not like it very much.

I only eat a little chicken and fish every week, otherwise I try to avoid meat as much as possible.

Actually, I noticed I started doing this unintentionally when I started changing my diet. I decreased portions and increased my fruit and veggie intake (especially fruit). This by default decreased my intake of meat.

It has worked really well for me and I'm a type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure.

Yes, I'm eating much less meat then when I grew up. It's by choice, and digestion problems when too much meat is eaten.

I went from eating around 10-12 oz of animal protein a day to less that 7 and rarely red meat. I use meat to flavor my dishes and almost always supplement the dish with beans. Veggies take up the most room on my plate now
