I have a deadly job... I sit and work at the computer ALL DAY..
Getting up and moving is non existant for me and getting any movement during the day is hard..I do get to my gym classes and I am active at night, but I needed to find more ways to move during the day...
What I love about it, it gives you a choice to choose your time to stand up .. then it asks you to perform certain things like walking, stretching, or some sort of video exercise..it asks you to remain standing to perform before sitting again and its only 5 minutes of doing something! its great!!! I feel better after a few days of using it!
I have wanted to share this app I have found and I LOVE IT... its called standapp and its free!
Thought I would share it because I know how hard to get those extra steps in during the day is..
What other ways are you moving if you have a strickt sit down desk (cubical job) while your at work?
