How about making your own? Do you have a blender? If so, anytime you have fruit that's a little too ripe, stick it in the freezer in a zipper bag. When you have about a cup, put it in the blender with a cup of milk (regular, soy, dry milk plus water, whatever you have.) Add a touch of honey or any other sweetener if you want, and maybe a drop of vanilla or almond extract. Whirl it until the frozen fruit bits stop rattling, and you'll have something very close to a milkshake or soft-serve ice cream. It's a great way to avoid wasting the fruit, and it's just as easy as a premade shake.
Another good option is old-fashioned refrigerator bran muffins. Look up a recipe; you make a large batch, like 18 muffins worth, and keep the batter in a container in the fridge. In the morning, you just scoop some batter into a small heatproof dish (like a Pyrex custard cup, for example) and bake it while you take your shower. Take it out and let it cool while you get dressed, and it'll be just right to eat as you're heading out for the day. You can also bake the whole batch and freeze them, then microwave one per morning, but having them fresh-baked is especially nice. Again, this is a recipe that can use iffy fruit and almost-sour milk to keep it from going to waste.
