Get more sleep. Exercise more.
What sort of work do you do? (Are you physically tired, or is your brain tired?)
Eat healthier. No junk food. No sugar/artificial additives. If you can detox from caffeine, it might be a worthwhile endeavour.
[I would personally recommend trying the Virgin Diet, but as long as you seem to be getting the proper amount of things like protein etc., you probably don't need to try it unless you want to.]
Maybe you're having a negative reaction to wheat or dairy?
Make sure you are actually getting enough calories (don't under-eat just to lose weight—you'll do better to eat a decent amount of calories and exercise to lose the weight).
And I echo the "consult your doctor." Better safe than sorry. :)
