1 cup applesauce unsweetened = 100 calorie
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder = 80 calories
1 cup cooked brown rice, cooked extra soft, or measure 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal and then cook it = 150 calories
1 T. raisins and 1T. sliced almonds = 70 calories
splenda and cinnamon to taste

mix all ingredients. eat hot or cold.

A lot!
1/2 c. eggbeaters 60 cal
2 sl. fat free turkey (diced) 50 cal
1/4c. fat free shredded cheddar 45 cal
1/4. cup spinach 10 cal
a few dices of onion (not enough cal to count)
(make an omlet out of above ingredients)
2 sl. 40 cal. honey wheat bread, toasted 80 cal
2 tbsp sugar free strawberry preserves 20 cal
2 sl fat free turkey sliced into 6 strips and browned crisp in pan with cooking spray 50 cal

Hmm... 85 calories more to go....
1 Hunts chocolate sugar free pudding cup 70 calories
2 tbsp fat free cool whip 15 calories

There you go! 400 calories!

Well...eggs are my favorite food, so I would go with a breakfast burrito or huevos rancheros. Yum!

What would you eat if you had 400 calories budgeted for a meal? I need some great ideas here. I'm (seemingly) famished and looking for a satisfying dinner.

(post anything you'd like, but if I'm gonna eat it, it needs to be land animal free :)
