I find myself so busy lately, that I miss many days of logging, exercising, eating right, etc. I don't worry about it. I just do as many days and I can and keep jumping back on the wagon. I figure that missing a few days here and there aren't near as bad as missing every chance I have to do better by giving up.
Time to pull those boot straps up!
