I eat yogurt, chopped apple and muesli every day. I want to make it into a group. My favorite yogurt and muesli blend are on my favorites. Apples aren't.
I create my breakfast today, adding yogurt and muesli from my Favorites list and an apple from the regular list. Now, right from my nutrition tracker, alongside where it says Breakfast, I have a couple of options - to "Copy Meal" or "Create Group." I hit "Create Group" and I name this group "Deb's favorite breakfast" (or whatever).
Voila, I have created my group, and it will remain on my Groups list (even if i decide to eat something else this morning and erase my breakfast entries).
Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
