thank you for your response. I am not limiting calories at all. but eating healthy foods , seems like so much food, this is my 3rd week . before SP. I only ate 1 time a day. so 5 or 6 times a day is overwhelming. feels like constant eating. should I seek " not so healthy foods " to get in my calories ? emoticon Tomorrow I will need to have a sliver of the birthday cake my daughter is baking me....

One day at a time , closer to my goal !

Have you been ill these last few days ? You need to eat. Don't deprive your body of the calories it needs to function properly. Drastically cutting your calories will not speed up your weight loss. I know this is going to sound strange, but a person has to eat in order to lose weight.

Depending on what you currently weigh and how much you're trying to lose 1200 is the absolute bare minimum an adult woman needs to ensure she gets all her vital nutrients. Try your best to eat breakfast, it's what fuels your busy morning. Studies have shown that people who eat breakfast lose more weight than those who don't.

WEEK 3 , not hitting my calories or protein , back to missing early breakfast and mid morning snack. just had breakfast its 12:20....... hope this does not ruin my next weigh in. 1200 calories is so much to eat , constantly feeling like im forcing in food. - feeling not hungry !
