thank you for your response. I am not limiting calories at all. but eating healthy foods , seems like so much food, this is my 3rd week . before SP. I only ate 1 time a day. so 5 or 6 times a day is overwhelming. feels like constant eating. should I seek " not so healthy foods " to get in my calories ?
Tomorrow I will need to have a sliver of the birthday cake my daughter is baking me....
