Supposed to have the Meatball Pita today but will be in car travelling to funeral for a few hours over lunchtime. Best substitute? Of course it's a very high protein lunch meal, more than all from last week. Breakfast is the biscuits and gravy (homemade of course) which I don't have time to make due to leaving soon for funeral. Have higher protein breakfast, and bring a sandwich? Some days I guess you've just got to do what you need to and make do.
