Hmm I'm looking forward to changes in the way I look, sure.... but....
The things I MOST look forward to, actually don't have much to do with how this-or-that body part looks! I MOST look forward to all the things I'll be able to DO.... some have already happened (i.e. "tie my shoes" and "get up from a crouch without having to hang on to anything" and "walk up a flight of stairs without gasping for air" and "buckle up airline seatbelt without need for extender" and "be able to just go shopping in any store, not just the Plus ones.") Some are yet to come ("go backpacking" or "learn to paddleboard").
Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
