Yesterday I did 30 minutes of HIIT then lower body strength training. I walked my daughter to the grocery store and dollar store (about a 45 minute walk). Then we went mushroom (morels) hunting in the evening with my husband, 4 year old son, 3 year old daughter and my hubby's friend. We did a 2.5 hour hike and we hit the mother load. We found a patch of about 20 morels and then a little later found 2 more. My husband and I had found 2 earlier this week so we had returned for another treasure hunt. Good haul, good haul. We have morels coming out the wazoo.
Today I did 50 minutes of metabolic resistance training and my hubby and his friend want to go mushroom hunting again this evening! I also have to clean out the car and start getting things ready to leave on our camping trip on Monday.
