I've already set my goals twice only to have to re evaluate and reset them. Originally, I had to lose 68 pounds to get to the highest number on the healthy BMI. Once that goal was reached, I thought maybe a few more pounds would make me happy and I set my new goal for 8 more. Now that I've been there for a while, I think I would like to continue losing while still staying well within the mid-range of my BMI.
So, at this point, I have about 8 more pounds to lose (I think). lol
Though we cannot control the winds, we can adjust the sails.
