Black bean brownies (flourless) taste like chocolate cake but are a good source of fiber and protein.
1 tin of black beans rinsed and drained
4 eggs (or 3/4 cup egg whites)
3 Tbsp oil
Puree all above ingrediants together in a blender until smooth.
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
Add these to the blender until mixed.
9x9 greased pan. 350 for 30 minutes.
