I do track my tea, even though it is low-to-zero calories, just to keep an eye on my fluid intake.
I have switched from coffee to tea for "regular drinking" at home or office. I only drink coffee now, when I can get a *Good* cup of coffee. The stuff we get at work is such swill, you need lots of cream and sugar to make it barely palatable! I've been very happy to make the switch to tea!

Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)
