5 days/wk @ the gym for **6** weeks??? That is AWESOME!
think about what you want. Every choice you make can either get you closer to your goal, or take you further away.
Focus on the things you CAN control:
-eating healthy and tracking EVERYTHING
-getting in a little exercise everyday. Even when you just don't feel like it, take Spark Guy's advice and give it 10 minutes. If you want to stop after 10 minutes, stop. More often than not, I find that I keep going and get in at least 30 minutes.
-reward yourself! Set small non-scale goals (1 month straight of daily exercise or tracking; a month w/o drinking a soda; increasing your walking or running pace, etc) and have a reward in mind for when you meet that goal.
-take pictures NOW. You see yourself every single day. You will not be able to see the changes. Take a picture now so you can see your progress. And take them at least every 3 months, wearing the same clothes.
