I'm considering giving the paleo diet a try, first giving it a week-long run just to see how (if) it'd work for me. I was wondering if anyone here has tried it and has any tips or meal ideas?
For those who don't know, the paleo diet consists of unprocessed foods, such as fish, meat, eggs, nuts, fruit, and vegetables - think of what cavemen would eat - and excludes dairy, grains, legumes, excess sugar, and vegetable oils.
