to Spark! I am quite limited in the exercising I can do, and I think you'll find that what DIDS said is highly accurate. I lost all my weight despite difficulty with exercise. The key is really in what you eat, and if you track everything you eat accurately, you will not fail at this. I lost 70 + pounds and have kept it off for a couple years now, so there's every reason you can confidently feel very optimistic. The key is sticking to the calorie level that's right for you.
If you find you still need additional help, you can always have a personalized consultation with a registered dietitian (R.D.). I did that along the way, although it was for a problem related to sodium metabolism.
Don't be a stranger! Ask away...and there's also a People With Disabilities SparkTeam (of which I'm a member) - www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_individ
Wishing you the very best of luck here! You can do it!
