after spending 5 weeks in Korea last year I came back 10 lbs lighter. Korean food has lots of veggies, fish, rice & tofu; on par to the typical american meals much healthier. Koreans are also very physically active with exercise equipment throughout their cities.

Ponder what it was, and you can make a good guess, if it was way too greasy, that would be a hint, for one thing, or if you had 3 servings of noodles, that would be another hint. Ethnic foods can be tricky.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
