We all do. Sometimes you need to vent, other times to have a mental break.
Find a team where you can share the negatives and the positives. Give yourself permission to grieve. Accept the pain, feel it and the loss then slowly move on , knowing that life has changed.
Give yourself permission to feel happy. It's ok. Your loved ones would not want you to be unhappy forever.
