If so, remember that just adding 5 or 10 minutes to your other workout days will allow you to make up 20 to 40 minutes in just 4 days which can bring you back in line with your original goals. Some people can do this while others will choose not to!
Otherwise you just get to the same place 1 day latter which can be an acceptable way not to stress yourself out because you missed a day!
The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
