I am definitely a "foodie." I love cooking shows, I collect cookbooks, and I love making new and different foods. I love eating out, but it has to be food that is cooked better than I cook my own. I also love the challenge in making gourmet foods that are healthy, low cal, and low fat.
Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!
Laugh until it hurts! It's one of the few things in life that's still free!!
